EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PREFFERED CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS FOR GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, CIVIL WORKS, GLAZING WORKS, ELECTRICAL AND SOLAR INSTALLATION WORKS, AIR-CONDITIONING, PLUMBING WORKS, ENGINEERING SERVICES AND SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND CONSUMABLES.

The National Hosting Authority (NHA) here in after called the “Purchaser”, invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the Preferred Contractors and Suppliers in the tender document.

The requirement set out in this preferred arrangement is to ensure National Hosting Authority has pool of preferred contractors and suppliers for different works and supplies as stated in Lots below for the period of 12 months in accordance with SIG Procurement and Contract administration manual 2013.

In any event where National Hosting Authority wishes to procure works, goods, and services, it will call for submission of cost by Preferred Contractors and Suppliers selected through this tender process.

Bidders shall apply for lots as indicated below by indicating in the Tender form lots of preferences.

Lots for Preferred Suppliers and Contractors

LOT N0 :  LOTS OF THRESHOLDS DESCRIPTION 

Lot 1 – Construction works above $100,000 and below $1,000,000.00

Lot 2 – Construction works above $1,000,000 and below $5,000,000.00

Lot 3 – Construction works above $5,000,000

Lot 4 – Glazing and Aluminium Framing works/Installation

Lot 5 – Civil and earth Works

Lot 6 – Supply and Installation of Office supplies, equipment, and consumable goods (Consumables and Non-Consumables)

Lot 7 – Electrical works and Solar Installations

Lot 8 – Air-Conditioning installation and servicing

Lot 9 – Plumbing works installation and servicing

Lot 10 – Engineering Services, Geotech, Structural, Designs, survey, Architectural services.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the National Hosting Authority Office at Sea King Restaurant Building Honiara on Mondays to Fridays five days prior to the closing date specified below,

All Tenders in one original plus a copy, properly filled with company profiles and legal documents, enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address at or before time specified below.

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening address below.
