Tenders are invited for the construction of a Staff House at Ngari Community School in Gizo Island, Western Province.

A fee of SBD$100.00 will be charged for hard copies of the documents and this should be paid at the Provincial Cashier or can be deposited into the Provincial BSP Account #8400200801 and email the deposit slip to the email above.

Instructions to bidders are included with the tender documents.

Tenders close at 2pm on Monday 25th January 2021.

Any tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.

All prospective tenderers are encouraged to attend Pre-Bid Conference to be held at the Provincial Development Planning office starting at 10 am on Monday 18th January 2021.

The Provincial Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.

Failure to comply with the tender instructions may lead to disqualification of the tender.

Any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in their favour will cause automatic disqualification and may lead to criminal proceedings.
