EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (LOCAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES)

Local Consultancy Services – for Solomon Islands Tertiary Loan Scheme (SITLS) Development

The Solomon Islands Tertiary Education and Skills Authority (SITESA) wishes to invite shortlisted companies or individuals’ consultants to provide the services for Local consultant   to provide the service of Solomon Island loan scheme (SITLS) Development.

Interested consultant may obtain further information at the procurement and contract unit level 3 tongs building or contact Thereasa Veke on phone 28803 ext.7170 or email tsaveke@mehrd.gmov.sb during 09.00 to 16.00 hours.

The consultant will be selected under a Simplified Quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) method and the procedures described in this RFP.

The financial proposal should be the lump sum value on the service Deliverables and the proposed schedule of Activities contained within the terms of Reference is a suggestion of the time required to complete the work.

Consultants should indicate their work schedules as part of their Technical proposal.

• Drafts contract
