The National Hosting (NHA) as the governing body overseeing the preparations towards hosting the 2023 Pacific Games is in Charge of providing administrative supports to the administrative committees established under PG2023 Act 2013.

–         Communications Coordinator

The National Hosting Authority is looking to recruit a suitably qualified communications coordinator whose responsibilities includes planning, directing, and coordinating Communications activities to maximize the strategic use of all communications medium to foster awareness of NHA business to the public.

The Communications coordinator reports directly to the NHA Executive Director or his designate.

–         HR & Admin Coordinator 

The National Hosting Authority is looking to recruit a suitably qualified human resources and administration coordinator whose responsibilities includes planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities and administration to maximize the strategic use of human resources and administration and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

The HR Coordinator reports directly to the NHA Executive Director or his designate.

–         Procurement Compliance Coordinator

National Hosting Authority is looking for a suitably qualified Procurement Compliance Coordinator who has a good understanding on SIG procurements processes to ensure that the Financial Management Act of Solomon Islands is followed, with due regard for efficiency and with objectives of value of money, and evaluation of ability for suppliers to deliver goods and services with required quality and in required timeframe.
