Duration of the Contract:

•           Contract period: 1^st May 2024 – 31^st October 2024
•           Number of Working Days: (based on 5 days will be for presentations and discussions at the PFGCC and JOC wherever they are held.
•           Commencement date: 1^st May 2024

Objectives of the Assignment

•           Determine which Provincial Government complies with the 10 minimum qualifying conditions for access to funds under the PCDF grant scheme, in an object, neutral, professional, and timely manner.
•           Undertake the scoring of the performance assessment, which will influence the level of allocations to Provincial Governments complying with the minimum conditions.
•           Provide information to the Provincial Governments, through the assessment, on areas in need of future improvements and create awareness on the Technical Assistance support required.
