Name of Project: Rural Schools Hybrid Solar PV Off Grid System Electrification Project.

The Energy Division of the Ministry of Mines, Energy& Rural Electrification invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the supply of the following.

Lot1: Solar PV Off Grid system of 30KW for Monene CHS, Temotu Province

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderer.

The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

Tenders shall be valid for 90…. Days after the deadline of Tender submission.

Late or incomplete tender will be rejected.

Tender envelope is to be marked with the Tender Reference Number and the tenders Name on the outside of the envelope. Tenderers must fill the lodgement Register upon submission of tender.

Tenders will be open in the presence of the tenderers representative (s) who wishes to attend at the MMERE Conference Building shortly after the due time 2:30 pm on Thursday 29th August 2024.

The Ministerial Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders.

A non-refundable fee of $200.00 upon receipt from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury for the Bidding Documents.
