The Ministry of Infrastructure Development: Invitation to Tender – Provision of Security Services

INVITATION TO TENDER

1. Method

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure in accordance with:

• SIG Financial Instructions (2010)
• Public Procurement Regulations (2021)
• Procurement and Contract Administration Manual (2022)

This tender is open to all eligible and interested bidders.

2. Information and Inspection

Interested tenderers may obtain further information or inspect the bidding documents at the MID Mechanical Division. Please contact the following officers during working hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm):

3. Acquisition of Tender Documents

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by submitting a written application to the address below. A non-refundable fee of SBD 100.00 must be paid to either the MID Cashier or the MOFT Central Revenue Cashier before the documents are released.

4.Submission Guidelines

Tenders must be prepared according to the requirements identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT) and delivered to the address below:

Submission Deadline: 2:00 pm, 5th March 2026
Location: Ministry of Infrastructure Development (MID) Head Office Reception
Validity Period: 90 days from the submission deadline
Note: Late tenders will be strictly rejected.
