PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development Invites Interested Eligible Contractors to submit tenders for Major Refurbishment and Maintenance Works to Office Top Floor – MID Head Quarter– CMW 95/2025 CTB C 54/2025

Bidders are required to submit bids for either one (1) or two (2) or all of the Lots stated below:

Lot 1 – CMW 95A/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Repair and Maintenance of Parapet Roof, Repainting and of Roof and Guttering.
Lot 2 – CMW 95B/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Internal Partitioning Eastern Wing(Glazing)
Lot 3 – CMW 95C/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Internal Partitioning Western Wing(Glazing)
Lot 4 – CMW 95D/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Air Conditioning + Electrical
Lot 5 – CMW 95E/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Carpet Works
Lot 6 – CMW 95F/2025 MTB C 23/205 – Joinery (Furniture)
Lot 7 – CMW 95G/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – New Ceiling Framing + Lining
Lot 8 – CMW 95H/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Replace External Walling + Painting(Eastern Wing)
Lot 9 – CMW 95I/2025 MTB C 23/2025 – Replace External Walling + Painting(Western Wing)

Interested Bidders should note that only those Meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

 Must provide proof of having completed works of magnitude and complexity similar to the one proposed.

Must have adequate and key personnel for the specified types of works.

Must provide proof of sound financial standing and/or adequate access to credit line (s) for the project.

Must Meet further criteria set in the bid documents.

A complete set of tender documents in English can be purchase either by cash, Bankers Draft, or Cheque, payable to SIG at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Cashier or MID HQ Cashier by interested Tenderer at Ministry of Infrastructure Development, for the nom-refundable fee ofSBD$200.00 per Tender. The Tender documents can be collected at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and a copy of receipt must be shown as proof of payments.

Tenders, compromising the documents identified in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to:
