INVITATION TO TENDERS

1. Bidding Document will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions2010, Public Procurement Regulation 2021 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from MID Mechanical Division, Philip Tanikoba PTanikoba@mid.gov.sb  or Galokisa,Lukisi Lukisi@sig.gov.sb, Phone: 21141 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the MID Mechanical Division, P.O.BOX G8 Honiara, Solomon Islands from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm during working days.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD$100.00. paid to MID Cashier or MOFT Central Revenue Cashier.
4. Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address at or before 2 pm 29th January 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
