INVITATION TO QUOTE

 The Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS), through its Project Management Unit (PMU), is inviting eligible and qualified contractors to submit bids for civil works to be carried out in single lots.

The civil works involve the supply and renovation of the existing Helena Goldie Hospital in Munda, Western Province.

Interested bidders may participate to bid based on their expertise and capabilities.

A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English is provided herewith to eligible potential company’s bidders and copies are availability at the Project Management Unit, Ministry of Health and Medical Services.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bidders should have prior experience in similar construction projects of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this Invitation within the last five years.

2. Bidders must possess the necessary licenses, permits, and certifications required by local authorities.

3. Bidders must provide evidence of sufficient financial resources to complete the works within the given renovation timeline.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Bid for Civil Works – Renovation of Helena Goldie Hospital,” as applicable, and addressed to:
