REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
(CONSULTANT SERVICES)

MCILI MTB 01/2026

The Solomon Islands Government has budgeted financing for the cost of Consultancy Services under the Corporate Services & Executive, and intends to apply part of the proceeds to consultant services.

The servicesand responsibilities of the Consultant shall include working within thefollowing areas outlined herein: The Special Economic Zones (SEZ), Commodity Export Marketing Authority (CEMA), SI Government Credit GuaranteeScheme (CBSI), DBSI Credit Line Monitoring & Performance Outcomes, Monitoring and Reporting on MCILI Value Added Funded Projects, National ExportPolicy Tasks, and Other Tasks as requested based on the ToR attached.

The timeframe or duration of the consultancy services is 90 days.

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest inproviding the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants mayassociate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and SIG Financial Instructions 2010.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be delivered to the address below by 4:30 pm on the 9 th of March 2026.
