EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR WATER COOLERS

Sol 2023, Pacific Games Organizing Committee is responsible for planning and delivery of the Games.

The upcoming Pacific Games,2023 will host 12 sporting venues and 6 games villages.

The Pacific Games Organizing Committee invites expressions of interest (EOI) from competent firms to undertake the following services outlined below together with the related sub works.

Procurement of Water Coolers (Hire or purchase)

Servicing of Water Coolers with water bottle refills

This Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is issued to invite expressions of interest from qualified and competent companies on their capacities and experience to be considered by the Organizing Committee of the 2023 Pacific Games on Procuring and providing Services for the Games Operations.

Interested applicants must submit their Expressions of Interest in a proposal containing all information requested in the EOI by no later than Thursday 6th July, 2023 at 2pm hours. 

Late submissions will not be considered.
