Graduate Training Program Cohort 3 – 2026
Are you a graduate with a passion to serve? If so, this is your opportunity to join the team that contributes to improving the lives of all Solomon Islanders.
The Solomon Islands Inland Revenue Division (SIIRD), under the Ministry of Finance and Treasury (MOFT), is offering 25 graduate positions for talented individuals to apply their universityknowledge and develop transferable skills.
Selected graduates will participate in a comprehensivetraining and development program, gaining practical experience in taxadministration, tax compliance and human resource management.
Upon successful completion of the 12-18month program, graduates will be considered for permanent positions within SIIRD, based on performance assessments throughout the program.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from graduateswith degrees in the following fields:
1. Accounting
2. Audit
3. Economics
4. Finance
5. Human Resources/ Management
