Name of Project: Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles

The National Judiciary (NJ) invites interested, eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and Delivery of the;

Lot 1: Two (2)x 7-Seater SUV
Lot 2: One (1)x 5-Seater Double Cab Pickup

Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the National Judiciary, High Court, Town Ground, Solomon Islands, from 08:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs during working hours and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08:00 hrs to 16:30hrs during working hours.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below

At or before 2:00 PM, Thursday, 11th September 2025.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders or incomplete tenders will be rejected.
