Invites sealed Tenders for the following works as indicated in Lots below.

Bidders are required to submit bids for either one (1), two (2) or all of the Lots as started below:

GTB 05/21

Lot 1: Construction of Ablution block and Fence for SINU Kukum field

Lot 2: Construction of Ablution block and fence and fence for Kukum field

Lot 3: Construction of Ablution block and fence for Naha field

Lot 4: Construction of Ablution block and Fence for White River field

GTB 06/21

Lot 1: Field upgrade of SINU Kukum field

Lot 2: Field upgrade of Kukum field

Lot 3: Field upgrade of Naha field

Lot 4: Field upgrade of White River field

Works expected to involve the following:

I. Ablution Block

II. Construction of public ablution block

III. Fencing

IV. Installation of 1.3m high chain link spectator fence with double gate (3m wide).

V. Field upgrade

VI. Removal of Excess ground & dig new side drainage on hill-side.

VII. Site preparations (Dish Drainage, Ground Works, removal of Top Surface, Compacting);

VIII. Surface and seeding (Top Soil, Levelling, Seeding, fertilizer Application);

IX. Finishing (Compacting & Levelling Playing Surface);

Funding: Solomon Islands Government

Expected Start date on site for all Project: November 2021

Expected completion date for all Project: April 2022

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the above office.

Cost of documents: A non-refundable fee of $250.00 to be paid per tender document at the national Hosting Authority at the address above to collect the tender documents.

Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Cheque,payable to National Hosting Authority.

All Tenders in accordance with the instructions to tenderers must be delivered to the National Hosting Authority Office, Sea King Building at or before 2:00 PM, 8th October 2021.

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers representatives who choose to attend.
