Congratulations and Happy 46th Independence Anniversary celebrations to the

people of Solomon Islands, on behalf of the Ministry of Public Service.

This day marks a significant milestone in our nation’s history, a day to reflect on our journey

and envision a brighter future for all.

Our independence is a testament to our resilience, unity, and shared aspirations.

It reminds us of the sacrifices made by our forefathers to secure a free and sovereign

Solomon Islands.

As we honour their legacy, we are also reminded of our duty to

continue building a nation that thrives on the principles of democracy, justice, and

equality.

The Ministry of Public Service remains committed to fostering an efficient, effective,

and transparent public service that is responsive to the needs of our people. Our goal

is to enhance service delivery, promote good governance, and ensure that every

In the past year, we have faced numerous challenges, but we have also achieved

significant milestones. From improving public sector infrastructure to implementing

reforms that enhance accountability and performance, our progress is a testament to
