The Solomon Islands Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening (MPGIS), through the Provincial Governance Strengthening Programme (PGSP), is now advertising the following consultancy positions for suitably qualified candidates on individual contract basis: –

1. One (1) x Provincial Accounting Specialist for Central Islands Province
2. One (1) x Provincial Capacity Development Advisor for Temotu Province

• The above positions shall all be appointed on performance-based contracts and shall be based in the provincial head offices for the duration of their term of contract to support and capacitate the Provincial Treasury Divisions, Planning and other divisions in the provinces.
• Terms of reference and detailed KRAs shall be collected from the Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening at Anthony Saru Building, Point Cruz.
• Bidders of the PCDA position are required complete the prescribed tender document and it can be requested by using the email addresses inserted herein.

Tenders for the Accounting Specialist position shall submit the requirements as prescribed in the TOR.
