A first degree in the relevant field with 10 years of work experience is also considered.
MPGIS 40/2024	284-00021	Director Governance/ Program Quality	L13	Honiara/HQ	A minimum University Degree level of training in Political Science, Governance, Development Studies, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Geography or other studies in related field from a recognized institution. A minimum 8 years of work experience in the similar area is mandatory. A post graduate degree in the relevant fields is highly desirable with at least minimum 5 years of work experience in the similar area.
MPGIS 41/2024	284-00105	Chief Monitoring & Evaluation Officer	L10/11	Honiara/HQ	A minimum University Degree in M&E, Project Management, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Development Studies, Human Geography, Finance, or similar qualification with minimum 5 years of work experience in similar position. Good experience/s in development project monitoring and evaluation is highly required. A Post Graduate qualification in any of the social science disciplines with at least 2 years in M&E roles is highly desirable
MPGIS 42/2024	284-00007	Principal Administration Officer (Payroll)	L8/9	Honiara/HQ	Minimum Diploma in Business Admin/Finance with more than 5 years of experience in managing records in the Public or Private Sector
MPGIS 43/2024	284-00045	Deputy Provincial Treasurer	L8/9	Kirakira. MUP	A minimum first degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or Public Administration with strong accounting/finance background and experience are required. A Diploma in similar qualifications with minimum 6 years of work experiences in public sector financial management role is also considered.
MPGIS 44/2024	284-00073	Provincial Planning Coordinator	L13 (Contract)	Buala/Ysabel	A minimum of a bachelor’s degree relevant to development planning, Project Management or similar relevant qualifications with at least a minimum of 5 years of practical development planning work experience in public sector setting. A very good understanding of the development context of Solomon Islands.
