Name of Project: Security Services For the Ministry of Lands Housing & Survey buildings and facilities.

The Ministry of Lands Housing & survey (MLHS) invites interested eligible contractors to submit tenders for the Provision of Services for the Security Services at its Office, complex Town ground.

Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Activity Schedule.

Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the SIG Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

A complete set of Tender documents can be obtained by interested Tenderers from the Corporate Support Service, Ministry of Lands Housing & Survey.

Interested Tenderer must submit its bid with the following qualification requirements:

• Company certificate of registration.
• Must have valid Business License.
• Must have IRD Tin Number and Bank Account.
• Must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar contracts, size and technical complexity in similar locations and conditions in the last five years.
• Must have technical support (i.e. equipment, security personnel, supervisors and staff.
• Must have no record of poor or failed contract performance in previous security contracts.
• References from three (3) reputable organization
• A fee of SBD100.00 per Tender document

Tenderers must therefore provide documentary evidence of the above requirements.

All completed Tender documents must be clearly mark Tender No. MLHS 01/2026 and must be delivered in sealed envelope and address to:
