PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development’s (MID’s)Architect and Building Management Services Division (ABMSD) invites qualifiedand interested contractors to submit tenders for the proposed alterationsto the existing Office of the Auditor General Building.

CMW 29/2026 CTB C 08/2026 – Proposed Alteration to Existing Building on LOT 692, Mud Alley – Point Cruz, Office of the Auditor General

Tender Submission Requirements:

Bidders who meet the following minimum criteria,supported by relevant documentation at the time of submission, will be considered for further evaluation:

1. Proven experience in completing projects of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity.
2. Adequate and qualified personnel for the specified scope of work.
3. Evidence of sound financial standing and/or access to credit facilities necessary for the project.
4. Compliance with additional criteria outlined in the bid documents.

Tender Documents:

A complete set of tender documents (English), can be purchased in person using cash, bank draft, or cheque payable to the Governmentof Solomon Islands at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Cashier or the MID Headquarters Cashier. The non-refundable fee is SBD $200.00 per set.
