The Ministry of Home Affairs invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of Goods for the Supply of Ministry of Home Affairs Staff  Uniforms, City Centre Building, Honiara City. Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract  Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ministry of Home Affairs; Noel Kinika; nkikina@mha.gov.sb and inspect the Bidding Documents at  the address given below from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

A complete set of Tender documents in English can be purchased by interested Tenderer at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, for the none – refundable fee of    SB$200.00 at MOFT Cashier.

The Tender documents can be collected at the Ministry of home Affairs and copy of the receipt must be shown as proof of payments.

Tenders, Comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address at or    before 2 PM, Thursday 9th September 2021. 

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 14 days after the deadline of Tender submission.

Late Tenders or incomplete will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
