 Name of Project: Provide catering for the Melanesian Cup

The Ministry of Home Affairs invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of Catering for the 2025 Melanesian Cup taking place from 13 to 18 October 2025 specifically for packed lunch and dinner for approximately 220 pax delivered to the Friendship Hall, SINIS or SINU Kukum dormitories (to be finalised). Full details of the Services are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive  Tendering procedure specified in the Public Financial Management (Procurement)Regulations 2021 and the Solomon Islands Government Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, 2022 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ministry of Home Affairs; Assistant Accounts and Administration Officer, Solomon Islands National Sports Council (NSC), Phone:(+677) 22570, Email: aa.ao@nsc.gov.sb and request the Bidding Documents between08:30 am to 4:30 pm during office hours.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on request to the NSC.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below Ministry of Home Affairs, PO Box G11, Honiara at or before 12.00pm on 2 October 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below:
