INVITATION TO QUOTE

The Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS)through its Project Management Unit (PMU) is inviting eligible, qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the following civil works:

i. Site Location 1: Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) Incinerator Shed Facilities in Tetere, Guadalcanal Province

ii. Site Location 2: Tulagi Hospital (TH) Incinerator Shed Facilities in Tulagi, Central Province.

The above two (2) site location civil works comes as a single lot and interested bidders may submit a bid for both site location and clearly marked their bid as “Site Location 1″ and” Site Location 2.”

The Project Management Unit, Ministry of Health and Medical Services, will supply interested eligible bidders with a full set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bidders should have prior experience in similar construction projects of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this Invitation within the last five years.

Bidders must possess the necessary business licenses, permits, and certifications required by local authorities.

Bidders must provide evidence of sufficient financial resources to successfully complete the works.

Bid Submission:

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Bid for Civil Works –” Good Samaritan Incinerator site 1 and– Tulagi Incinerator site 2,” as applicable, and addressed to:
