2. Letter of Application – addressing the key selection Criteria (KSC) shown in the job Description.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
4. Certified copies of your qualifications. Do NOT send originals
5. Two (2) Written Reference letters – from persons other than family.
6. Certified copy of 2 doses vaccination card
You will need to post or hand deliver the certified copies of your qualifications. Do NOT send originals.

Medical Report and Police Clearance
You do NOT have to provide copies of medical report or policy clearance when you apply, but if you are shortlisted, this will be discussed with you.
