Name of Project: Supply and Installation of a Genset at the SIG ICT Service Office in Lengakiki

The SIG ICT Services invites interested, eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of Goods for the SIG ICT Service office at Lengakiki.

Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from SIG ICT Services, Ministry of Finance and Treasury, CharlieTuzakana and Stephanie Ene at ctuzakana@sig.gov.sb and SEne@sig.gov.sb  , and inspect the Bidding Documents at Ministry of Finance and Treasury, SIG ICT Services, P.O. Box 26, Honiara, Solomon Islands from 8:30 am to 1630 pm during office hours.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below: Ministry of Finance and Treasury, SIG ICT Service, Lengakiki, P.O. Box 26, Honiara, Solomon Islands.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 pm on Thursday, 25th September 2025.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days as specified in the Bid Data Sheet.

Late Tenders or incomplete tenders will be rejected.

Interested and eligible tenderers are invited to attend a pre-bid/tender briefing to be held online on Thursday, 17th  September 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives who choose to attend at the address, Ministry of Finance and Treasury Leaf Hut, Mendana Avenue, Honiara, Solomon Islands at 2:00 pm, Thursday, 25th September 2025.
