Name of Project: Supply and Installation of a Genset for the SIG ICT Services Office in Lengakiki

The SIG ICT Services invites interested and eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of Goods for SIG ICT Services office at Lengakiki. Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and is open to alleligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from SIG ICT Services, Ministry of Finance and Treasury, Charlie Tuzakana and Stephanie Ene at ctuzakana@sig.gov.sb and SEne@sig.gov.sb  and inspect the Bidding Documents at Ministry of Finance and Treasury, SIG ICT Services, P.O. Box 26, Honiara, Solomon Islands from 8:30 am to 1630 pm during office hours. A non-refundable amount of $200.00 must be paid in cash at the Ministry of Finance Treasury, Cashier Counter 5.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below: Ministry of Finance and Treasury, SIG ICT Services Lengakiki, P.O. Box 26, Honiara, Solomon Islands.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 pm on Thursday, 9th October 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Late Tenders or incomplete will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives who choose to attend at the address, Ministry of Finance and Treasury Leaf Hut, Mendana Avenue, Honiara, Solomon Islands, at 2:00 pm, Thursday, 9th October 2025.

Note that if you have already submitted your tender document, there is no need to resubmit it. We have received your submission.
