Name of Project: Provision of Services for Printing and Delivery of Curriculum Materials – 2025

1. The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Provision of Services for the Printing and Delivery of Curriculum Materials 2025. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Activity Schedule.

2. Bidding will be conducted through the Lowest Responsive Price Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Procurement Regulations 2021, and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and the procedures described in this RFP, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application from Anita Ringi, MEHRD Procurement Manager, and email at: ARingi@mehrd.gov.sb or MEHRD Procurement Unit at email MEHRD_Procurement@mehrd.gov.sb.

4. Tenderers may submit bids for one, multiple, or all lots as per their capacity and interest. Each lot must be priced separately in the Financial Proposal, and bids will be evaluated on a lot-by-lot basis.

5. Tenders must be delivered at or before 14:00 hrs on 14th August 2025 in sealed envelopes to the address below:
