Name of Project: Supply of Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs) for SINU trades students sponsored by MCILI
The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration (MCILI) invites interested, eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the supply of Goods for the SINU trades students sponsored by the MCILI.
Full details of the goods are provided in the attached technical specification and schedule of requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurements and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and is open to alleligible Tenderers.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from John Tahiapa, Assistant Commissioner – Labour (NTTT), Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration, email John.Tahiapa@commerce.gov.s,b and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given above from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm– Monday to Friday.
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the above address.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to this address: Chairman MTB, Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration, P.O. Box G26, Honiara at or before 2:00 pm, Friday 29th August 2025. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
Late Tenders or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at or before 2:00 pm, Friday, 29th August 2025.
