To All Eligible Contractors:

1 The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration now invites sealed Tenders from eligible consultants for the Gozoruru Industrial Estate Topographic

2 The procuring Entity has budget funds available and intends that part of the proceeds of the budget will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Gozoruru Industrial Estate Development – IECD budget.

3 Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions and Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the ITT

5 A complete set of Tender Documents can be obtained/purchased by interested Tenderers at the address given under paragraph 4 above, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD$200 at the MOFT cashier, and obtain a receipt.

You are required to bring your flash drive to collecting the softcopy of the bid document

6 All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 pm, Thursday 26 August

2021 Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the conference room of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration.

7  Late or incomplete Tenders shall not be accepted
