Malaita Provincial Government: 3 Vacancy Posts

The Malaita Provincial Government is seeking to urgently recruit new officers for its Provincial Assembly

Vacant Positions: The roles will execute important Provincial Secretarial, Administrative and Budget Scrutiny responsibilities that will efficiently enhance the functions of the Provincial Assembly on a day-day basis and effectively contribute to the service Delivery of the Malaita Provincial Government.

Likewise, interested male and female Solomon Islanders wishing to apply for the roles must possess a high-level of competences and experience about standard Public Service procedures and right qualifications aimed at achieving quality Service Delivery.

The roles are as follows.

1. Provincial Public Accounts Committee Secretary (1)
2. Clerk to the Provincial Assembly (1)
3. Secretary & Typist for the Malaita Provincial Assembly (1)

Qualities required for Selection:

A University Degree Graduate or Diploma graduate with minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a similar role with exuding performance character record.

Must be computer literate especially in MS Word and Excel to aid smooth reporting.

Able to work under little supervision and is knowledgeable about the job applied for.

Non-Smoker & Non-Alcohol consumer.

Matured personality with respect for others with high level of Professionalism

Must be willing work on Saturdays or possibly during odd hours when requested.
