Invites sealed Tenders for the scope of the work which shall include, but not limited to, essential repairs, renovation and upgrades of school buildings for   accommodations during the 2023 Pacific Games.

A full description of the Specifications and Works Requirement is included in the tender documents.

 1.In addition to the eligibility requirements detailed in the tender document, to qualify for award of the Contract, tenderers shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

1.An average volume of similar work of equivalent price of lot or lots tendered in the last five years; SBD

2.Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least one successfully completed works of a nature and complexity similar to the Works in the last three to five years;

3.Able to provide or acquire (by own, lease, hire, etc.) the essential equipment required to complete the repairs and maintenance;

4.A Construction Manager with two years’ experience in works of similar nature and volume; and

5.Liquid assets and/or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments and exclusive of any advance payments which may be made under the Contract, of  no less than 20 per cent (%) of the price of the lot or lots tendered;

2.Tendering will be conducted through the SIG Standard Competitive Tendering Procedures, and is open to all Eligible tenderers as defined in the Tender Documents.

3.Interested tenderers may obtain tender documents by paying a non-refundable fee of $250.00SBD at the address given above.

 4.Tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender meeting to respond to any queries or requests for clarifications they might have on the tender documents, to be held 22nd October 2021, 10:00AM at the above-stated address.

5.Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 1st November 2021, 2:00PM.

Electronic tendering shall not be permitted. Late tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened physically in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the NHA Office- Sea King Building on the  same day of the submission, shortly after the due time at 2:00pm.
