Happy 48th Independence Anniversary Celebrations!

Independence Day is a time of celebration and reflection. It is a moment to honour the struggles, sacrifices, and unwavering determination of our forefathers who secured for us the precious gift of sovereignty. Their wisdom, courage, and heartfelt desire for unity continue to inspire us—one Nation, one People.

As we commemorate this auspicious occasion, let us acknowledge the collective contributions of our legislators, policy makers, development partners, provincial governments, public servants, community leaders, Churches, stakeholders, and citizens. Together, we have shaped the progress of our nation over these 48 years.
