The Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening (MPGIS),

through the Provincial Governance Strengthening Programme (PGSP), is now

advertising for suitably qualified persons for the following Consultancy Position: –

This assignment is to capacitate (on-the-job training and mentoring) of the provincial

officers in accounting, public finance, policy development and implementation strategies,

development planning, strengthening compliance systems and other aspects of public

expenditure management systems, participatory planning and good governance for effective

service delivery.
