We are the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, join you to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ this festive season.
As we reflect on our successes and shortcomings throughout the year we acknowledge the Almighty for his Grace, love and faithfulness over 2025.
To our farmers, stakeholders and the private sector we extend our deepest gratitude for your resilience and dedication to the agriculture sector despite the many obstacles faced.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock gives special praise to all our rural farmers and stakeholders who this year increased our copra and cocoa exports more than last year.
And MAL will continue to work closely with all its stakeholders to further boost our coconut and cocoa exports in the new year. While 2026 will bring its own challenges, we are confident that the lessons learned will guide us towards a stronger and more effective response, enhancing agriculture’s contribution to food and nutrition security, livelihoods and economic growth.
