Ministry of Lands & Housing Survey: Expression of Interest

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

The Ministry of Lands, Housing & Survey invites qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI)for the following assignments related to the Proposed 4-Storey Office Building Project in Auki Town:

1. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) – Assess potential environmental and social impacts and prepare an Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan.

2. Geotechnical Investigation – Conduct site investigations, soil testing, and provide engineering recommendations for safe foundation design.

3. Site Plan and Architectural Design Concept – Prepareconceptual design, site layout, and 3D visualisations reflecting functionality, sustainability, and local identity.

4. Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Survey and Clearance –Identify, clear, and certify the site free from UXO hazards in collaboration with RSIPF-EOD.

Eligibility:

Registered and qualified firms with relevant technical expertise and proven experience in similar projects are encouraged to apply. Joint ventures are welcome.

Submission Details:

EOIs must include company profile, relevant experience, key personnel qualifications, and registration certificates.
