Activity/Service Title: “Land Valuation Services, Lot 1264 of Parcel 192-007-185 Burns Creek Site, Honiara”

The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAL) invites expressions of Interest (EOI) and Quotations from registered valuers to undertake a professional land valuation for a 0.4515-hectare portion of Lot 1264 of Parcel 192-007-185, located at King George / Burns Creek, Honiara, adjoining the King George Research Centre (KGRC) (formerly TTM Farm).

The valuation will establish the current fair market value of the land portion, supporting MAL in decision-making for land purchase, planning, and future development.

Eligible service providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest and a Financial Quotation for the valuation assignment.

EOI Submissions and Quotations Should Include: Letter of Expression of Interest addressed to the Permanent Secretary, MAL; Valuer’s License / Registration Certificate; Company Profile or CV, highlighting relevant valuation experience; Financial Quotation, inclusive of all professional fees, administrative costs, and applicable taxes.

All submissions of EOI and Quotation must be clearly marked:

“Land Valuation Services, Lot 1264 of Parcel 192-007-185Burns Creek Site, Honiara”, and delivered no later than 4:30 pm, Friday,24 October 2025, to:
