REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified Architectural/Building Design Firms for the concept design and full detailed building plans of the Proposed Temotu Heritage Museum Building, Lata, Temotu Province.
The assignment involves developing innovative and culturally appropriate design solutions that reflect the heritage and historical significance of Temotu Province
Eligibility Requirements
Firms must demonstrate:
Valid registration as an Architect/Building Designer in Solomon
Have a Valid Vendor with the Ministry of Finance
Proven experience in similar building design projects within the last five (5)
Availability of qualified professional staff and appropriate design
Procurement Method
Selection will be conducted in accordance with the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and the SIG Financial Instructions 2010.

Submission Details
Tenders must be sealed and clearly marked:
“Tender for Proposed Temotu Heritage Museum Building –CTB C69/25”
Deliver to: Central Tender Board, Ministry of Finance and Treasury
Deadline: 23 October 2025 at 2:00 pm (local time). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Tender Opening: 23 October 2025, 2:00 pm at MoF Leaf Hut, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.
