Mandatory Qualifications

 Bachelor’s level qualification and previous experience in an economic management and economic policy role.

Desirable Qualifications

Post Graduate qualification /or extensive professional experience in the field of economics, accounting or financial management.

Capabilities Required

Ability to effectively lead and provide sound economic, revenue, investment and SOE policy advice to teams to support sound financial decisions.

Ability to provide strategic guidance, manage resources and contribute effectively to the executive management team in Ministry of Finance & Treasury.

Ability to build networks with development partners, represent the Ministry, communicate effectively, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.

Ability to make timely decisions based on sound technical analysis.
