At least a minimum 2 years of work experience in the similar role is required. An applicant with a University Diploma in relevant field must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the similar role. New graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
MPGIS 14/2025	284-00008	Senior Human Resource Officer	L7/8	Head Quarter	A minimum degree in Human Resource management, Public Administration or related discipline is desirable for this role. The incumbent is expected to perform the role in accordance with the generic leadership and management capability profiles outlined in the Solomon Islands Public Sector Leadership and Management Development Framework for those at Manager level. At least 5 years’ working experience in the human Resource setting
