Name of Project: The supply of Microsoft A5 Licenses for Solomon Islands

To all Tenderers.

The SIG ICT Services, Ministry of Finance and Treasury, invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of Microsoft A5 Licenses for Solomon Islands.

Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Cornell Hivae and Stephanie Ene; chivae@sig.gov.sb & SEne@sig.gov.sb, SIG ICT Services, Lengakiki Alite Rd, Ministry of Finance & Treasury, P.O Box 26, Honiara.

Interested eligible tenderers are also invited to attend the Pre-bid/Tender briefing on Thursday, 10th July 2025 at Online. Time: 10:00 am to 12pm.

Tenderers will be sent a Zoom link on request.

Tenders comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90days after the deadline of Tender submission.

Late Tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
