The Agricultural Investments for Markets and Nutrition (AIM-N) Project is currently seeking expressions of interest from qualified professionals for various job opportunities.

This is a new project that will be implemented by the Ministry for our three (3) provinces: Isabel, Western, and Choiseul Provinces.

We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals who are eager to contribute their skills and expertise to our AIM-N Project.

We invite professionals from the following areas to submit their interest:

Inclusive Partnerships Manager
Financial Assistant
Office Assistant
Gender Transformative and Grant Manager
Rural Finance Specialist
Infrastructure Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agriculture Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related Discipline.Extension knowledge of contemporary issues in Production and Value chain systems within the Agricultural and Food Industry Sectors. Minimum of five experience.
An acceptable qualification (BSc or equivalent business college education) with at least 3 years’ experience in a public institution or private sector, with proven skills in the procurement and administrative aspects of projects and programmes.
An acceptable qualification (BSc or equivalent college education), with at least three (3) years’ experience in a public institution and/or the private sector, with proven skills in office filing and procedures, secretarial tasks. Some knowledge of the procurement process, particularly the collection of quotations and the inspection of delivery and maintenance of assets, will be an advantage.
Degree in Business Administration, Rural Development, or equivalent. At least three (3) years’ experience in grants or small projects management. Experience in Agriculture and Rural Development Projects. Experience with Nutrition would be an advantage. Budgeting and Accounting experience.
Degree in Business Administration or Finance. A Certified Public Accountant is an advantage, as is an MBA or other technical degree (Agribusiness, Agronomy, Natural Resource Management, etc). At least five years’ experience in position/s involved in rural finance and credit delivery.
Degree in Civil Engineering with sound knowledge of project management and planning, design, asset management, and maintenance of low-volume rural road networks. A minimum of five years at Senior level in a relevant public institution, the private sector or any international organizations with proven skills in the implementation of rural infrastructure programs.
