Name of Project:  RESIDENTIAL BULDING RENOVATION WORKS FOR Q7 LENGAKIKI RIDGE, HONIARA

The Office of Prime Minister and Cabinet invites interested, eligible contractors to submit tenders for the residential building renovation work for Q7 LENGAKIKI RIDGE, HONIARA.

Full details are provided in the attached technical specifications and schedule of activities and drawings.

Bidding will be conducted through the competitive tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022 and is open to all eligible tenderers.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive evaluated tenderer.

Interested, eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Chief Procurement Officer, Ms. Anna Norua, by delivering a non-refundable receipt of $200.00 paid at the finance division cashier 5 counter.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction To Tenderers (ITT) and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 pm, Thursday, 26th September 2024.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.

Late tenders or incompletes will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Leaf Hut at 2:00pm, Thursday, 26th September 2024.
