 Expressions of Interest

The Solomon Islands Government has budget financing toward the cost of appointing a Firm or Individual Consultant to develop a framework and procedural guidelines of implementing a Special Economic Zone (SEZ).  The services describe in the Terms of Reference attached.

The Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour &Immigration now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description   of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff,). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be select in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and SIG Financial Instructions 2010.

Interested Tenderer to obtain a fee of $150-00 Non-refundable fee at the ministry of Finance and collect tender documents, Terms of Reference and further information at the Foreign Investment Division Office, Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration HQ, Point Cruz, opposite post office.
