Name of Project: Tender for Supply and delivery of Video Conferencing System for the MEHRD

 To all Tenderers,

 The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development has budget funding for the following tender for Supply and delivery of Video Conferencing System for MEHRD and now invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of Goods.

Full details are provided in the Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.

 Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in SIG Financial Instructions 2021 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022 and is open to all eligible Tenderers. Evaluation method will be the Lowest Evaluated Substantively Responsive (LESR).

 Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and register for the tender from Procurement and Contract Management Unit, MEHRD, at Tong’s 4 Storey Building, Point Cruz, Honiara, Solomon Islands from 09:00 to 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays and inspect the Bidding Documents or email Anita Ringi at email aringi@mehrd.gov.sb.    

 A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained electronically by interested Tenderers by emailing Anita Ringi on email: ARingi@mehrd.gov.sb. 

 Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before14:00 hrs on Thursday 5th October 2023.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for Tender submission.

Late Tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Suppliers ’representatives who choose to attend at the address below:
