REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Expressions of Interest for Renting of two-way hand-heldradios (Walkie Talkies)
The 2023 Pacific Games will be held in Honiara Nov 19-Dec 02 2023.
To support the operations of the Games, the Games Organizing Committee- GOC, is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision of two-way hand-held radios (Walkie Talkies) for use at the Games.
Pricing:
Provide unit pricing for the rental of the radios for the period specified above.
Please factor in shipping time to Honiara
Provide additional cost where applicable of headsets/spare batteries.
Provide the costs per unit if any unit is lost/damaged.
Provide as a separate cost the shipment of the radios to/from Honiara.
Provide any separate cost for training and parameters of such training (ie number of sessions/hours and how the training will be conducted.
Provide a cost to purchase a unit post Games, should a legacy requirement be identified.
It’s expected that a maximum of 25 radios might be considered for a legacy purchase.
Please provide any information required related to the provision of frequencies.

Interest Business must submit their EXPRESSION OFINTEREST in a proposal Format following the information’s containing in the EOI and scope of work.
The closing date for the EXPRESSION OF INTEREST for RADIO is on 23/06/2023 at 4pm at the Games Organizing Committee.
Late submissions will not be considered.
